This opt-in program securely combines Coaster’s regional email distribution lists with dealer contacts and product feeds to generate hyper personalized emails based on purchase history and style preferences. Emails are dealer branded and are dynamically populated with Coaster products.

Program Overview

  • Data collection: Dealers provide product feeds and *email distribution list. Shoptelligence creates a regional segment in cooperation with Coaster.
  • Customized content: Intelligent and personalized emails are created and distributed on behalf of the dealer, pairing available product feeds with user data.
  • Personalized styles: As shoppers open, click, and engage on-site, Shoptelligence tracks behavior and creates retargeting campaigns that feature available and styled inventory.
  • Shopper insights: Measuring what works is critical. Using dealer order feeds of online and in-store purchases we match back orders to clicks. Giving you to the full picture of the customer journey.
