BASIC PRODUCT DATA FEEDS
The basic integration covers both apparel and home furnishings with Shoptelligence. We require a daily product feed. All feeds are transmitted via SFTP using a username/password combination with pem/ssh keys available on request.
Shoptelligence accepts feeds in multiple formats such as JSON, CSV, TAB, XML and others.
FEED REQUIREMENTS
*Note: We only accept alphanumeric, hyphens, or underscores in the item_ids. No special characters.
Files must be flat and cannot contain tabs.
Please avoid double double code or single double code. Such as “” “” or ” ‘ or multiple commas (there should only be one item per row but a comma would mean there are more, so please avoid multiple commas!)
